B2B Key Account Specialist – EMEA

About the role

We are looking for a B2B Key Account Specialist to support BD’s Pharmaceutical Systems business across the EMEA region. Based in Grenoble, you will work closely with Key Account Directors and Account Managers to strengthen relationships with strategic pharma and biotech customers and help drive growth of our drug‑delivery portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Support EMEA key accounts and partner with Key Account Directors on strategic and emerging customers.
• Coordinate cross‑functional communication between commercial and operational teams across multiple international sites.
• Maintain and enrich CRM data in Salesforce, assist with quotation preparation and support contract negotiations.
• Identify growth opportunities, develop account plans and execute strategies to accelerate account development.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on pipeline development and strategic planning initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or Life Sciences.
• 3+ years of experience in sales or account management within pharma/healthcare.
• Strong analytical, proactive and solution‑oriented mindset with high learning agility.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Early‑career/high‑potential professional eager to progress into sales or marketing.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
