Attaché Commercial (H/F)

About the role

Ayvens is looking for a motivated Attaché Commercial to join its Small Corporate and Large Regional Sales department in Martignas sur Jalle. You will support the commercial team by analysing client vehicle fleets, managing renewals, and preparing quotes and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse statistical studies of client automotive parks together with the Commercial Advisor.
• Propose necessary modifications and manage renewal processes.
• Assist in diagnosing sales opportunities and prepare corresponding solutions and quotations.
• Process customer orders efficiently.
• Respond to client inquiries, conduct satisfaction diagnostics, and identify opportunities to increase business volume.

Required profile

• Holding a BAC+2 to BAC+5 degree with a specialization in Commerce.
• Organised, rigorous, autonomous and able to work well in a team.
• Strong customer service orientation and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to take initiatives.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Pack Office).
• Familiarity with AS400 systems (preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce (preferred).
