Associate Counsel – Real Estate & Infrastructure Transactions

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Counsel to support the expansion of innovative real estate and infrastructure transactions across European markets. The role combines transactional execution with market development, offering exposure to cross‑border deals and strategic decision‑making in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior leadership and operational teams in structuring and executing complex commercial and corporate transactions.
• Provide legal guidance on ground lease aggregation, renewable energy, wireless telecom, and other infrastructure projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage portfolio risk and ensure compliance with EU legal standards.
• Coordinate with external counsel and multidisciplinary internal teams, including pricing and operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial real estate lawyer in a law firm, in‑house, or mixed environment.
• Qualified to practice law within an EU member state and authorized to work in the EU.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and drafting abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional European language is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern collaboration tools such as Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
