About the role

The University of Toulouse is seeking a Professor of Immunology to join the Department of Cellular Biology (Section 65). The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and master students in immunology and lead research projects within the DesCarTes team, focusing on cancer immunology and biotherapy.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and practical sessions for bachelor and master programmes in immunology.
• Develop and supervise research projects in cancer immunology and biotherapy.
• Collaborate with the DesCarTes team in the Centre de Thérapie Moléculaire (CTM).
• Contribute to departmental activities, including curriculum development and academic committees.

Required profile

• Doctorate (PhD) in Immunology or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience in teaching at the university level.
• Strong research background in cancer immunology and biotherapy.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary research team.
