About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Accounting & Management Assistant to support the finance team of an industrial client. The position offers a stable permanent contract and regular working hours, making it ideal for a recent graduate eager to start a career in accounting.

Key responsibilities

Manage supplier and client accounting records.
Handle client payment reminders and follow‑ups.
Draft and send professional correspondence.
Enter data into the company’s accounting software and maintain spreadsheets using the Microsoft Office suite.

Required profile

Recent graduate or candidate with little professional experience.
Strong command of written French for drafting letters.
Ability to work independently within set deadlines.

Required skills

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with basic accounting software.

What we offer

Permanent contract (CDI) with a gross monthly salary of €1,867.02.
Full‑time schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00‑15:00.
