Assembleur au plan (H/F) – Assemblage industriel

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Plan Assembler (H/F) to join an industrial assembly client in Neuves‑Maisons, France. The position is an 18‑month temporary contract, working 35 hours per week on day shifts. The role involves assembling mechanical components and sub‑assemblies according to technical plans and ensuring quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare work area and verify production equipment (bridges, slings, tooling).
• Identify, handle and position components or sub‑assemblies following safety rules.
• Perform assembly operations according to the assembly sequence.
• Conduct visual and dimensional checks on assembled parts.
• Maintain assembly tools such as keys, torque wrenches and screwdrivers.
• Communicate with team members and report any issues.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in a similar mechanical assembly role.
• Technical or vocational training (BEP/CAP) in mechanics or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Rigorous and precise work habits with strong attention to safety and quality.
