Analyste fonctionnel / Business Analyst (H/F)

About the role

We are looking for a Functional Analyst / Business Analyst (H/F) to join the team serving one of our large‑account clients. The position will focus on regulatory projects, working closely with business units to ensure requirements are captured and delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze regulatory business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather, validate and prioritize requirements.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from requirement definition through testing and implementation.
• Ensure that solutions comply with relevant regulations and internal standards.
• Produce documentation such as functional specifications, user stories, and test cases.
• Support the project team in coordinating activities and communicating progress.

Required profile

• Proven experience in functional analysis or business analysis, preferably in regulated environments.
• Ability to work with large‑account clients and understand business processes.
• Strong communication skills in French and English.
• Detail‑oriented with a systematic approach to documentation.
