AI Tester – LLM Quality Validation (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level AI Tester to support the development and quality validation of a new Large Language Model (LLM) project. The role involves using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT to design test scenarios, generate test cases, and evaluate model outputs throughout the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Use ChatGPT and similar LLM tools to create and refine test cases, prompts, and validation scenarios.
• Design functional, negative, edge‑case, and behavioral test scenarios for LLM‑based applications.
• Validate model outputs for accuracy, consistency, logic, formatting, and business relevance.
• Identify hallucinations, incorrect responses, bias, or incomplete outputs and document findings.
• Assist in prompt testing, response evaluation, and quality benchmarking.
• Create datasets and expected‑result validations for AI output testing.
• Collaborate with developers, AI engineers, and product teams during the LLM development phase.
• Document observations, defects, test findings, and improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Comfortable experimenting with AI tools and exploring edge cases.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and curiosity about AI behavior.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ChatGPT or other generative AI platforms.
• Understanding of software testing concepts and QA processes.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, automation testing, or scripting.
• Exposure to NLP, Generative AI, or LLM concepts is a plus.
