AI Native Project Delivery Lead

About the role

PALO IT is seeking an AI Native Project Delivery Lead in Paris to own end‑to‑end project delivery, from pre‑sales engagement through final handover, while embedding the company’s Gen‑e²™ AI‑first methodology into everyday governance.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure project transparency by sharing clear KPIs with teams and clients and anticipating risks.
• Lead project advancement, maintain visibility on requirements and milestones, and proactively unblock teams.
• Guarantee service quality by supporting PALO IT Labs, relaying client feedback and resolving blockers.
• Act as a trusted advisor, building strategic partnerships aligned with client business goals.
• Oversee financial performance (P&L) in partnership with account management.
• Facilitate cross‑stakeholder communication, drive reporting and governance, and coach the Gen‑e²™ delivery team.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience delivering software in agile, iterative contexts.
• Strong direction‑setting and communication skills to align teams and boost efficiency.
• Deep understanding of client strategic and business contexts.
• Excellent facilitation and dialogue abilities with senior decision‑makers.
• Servant‑leadership mindset with conflict‑resolution and empowerment capabilities.
• Comfort stepping into Scrum Master or Product Owner roles when needed.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
