Key responsibilities

• Identify priority business journeys, define target architecture and establish semantic modelling, integration and delivery approach.
• Define and evolve the ontology, knowledge graph and interoperability standards for consistent AI interpretation across systems.
• Deliver governed, reusable data products with clear ownership, contracts, lineage and quality expectations.
• Bring business‑critical unstructured knowledge (documents, SharePoint, spreadsheets, etc.) under governed access, metadata and lineage.
• Ensure the platform improves reliability and reuse of copilots, agents and analytics, validated through measurable business outcomes.
• Embed data rights, segregation, confidentiality and impartiality controls in partnership with CISO and DPO.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture to integrate the fabric into the broader technology landscape and reduce duplicate data stores.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems or related field from an engineering or technology school.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in data platforms, architecture, semantic technologies, distributed systems or enterprise‑scale digital platforms.
