About the role

The role supports the production line in Marseille by analysing production issues, managing non‑conformities and driving continuous improvement for sheet‑metal and composite parts. It works on‑site, on shift, and collaborates with quality, logistics, EHS and supply‑chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess and document non‑conformities (NC) and assembly anomalies, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Provide technical analysis, design query notes and rework work orders, and update auxiliary manufacturing documents (FHD, technical sheets, SOPs).
• Support continuous‑improvement activities, including waste elimination (LEAN), work‑improvement proposals and failure analysis.
• Manage requests for tool repairs, new jig specifications and calibration activities.
• Ensure EHS standards are communicated and applied on the shop floor and support near‑miss investigations.
• Prioritise logistics for rework material pull and assist in work‑order prioritisation.

Required profile

• Professional experience in manufacturing engineering or production support within an industrial environment.
• Strong awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
• Ability to work on shift and collaborate with multifunctional teams.

Required skills

• SAP (work‑order and outstanding‑work management).
• Technical analysis of production data and documentation.
• Knowledge of EHS standards and lean manufacturing principles.
