Agent d'Entretien (h/f)

About the role

IZIWORK is looking for a dedicated Cleaning Agent to maintain the high standards of lodges in Donnay, Normandy. You will work on a temporary, full‑time basis, handling post‑stay cleaning and linen management.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a complete cleaning of each lodge after guest departure, including floors, surfaces, and thorough disinfection of bathrooms, kitchens and other areas.
• Ventilate rooms and conduct a general inspection to ensure the lodge is ready for the next guests.
• Change bed linens and towels, sort them for washing, and report any anomalies or maintenance needs.
• Allocate approximately 1 hour 30 minutes per lodge, following a pre‑provided schedule.
• Work daytime shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel cleaning is preferred.
• Strong autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.
• Discretion, service‑oriented attitude, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work alone and follow the provided planning.
