Agent de télésurveillance – CDI/CDD – Nantes

About the role

IMA Protect is looking for motivated individuals to join its telemonitoring centre in Nantes. After a certified four‑week training programme, you will work as a full‑time Agent of Tele‑surveillance, monitoring alarms for residential and professional clients 24/7.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and process alarms using a dedicated software platform, following established procedures.
• Assess each situation and trigger the appropriate response (police, fire services, field operators).
• Confirm the return to normal on the client site and inform the client of actions taken.
• Maintain traceability by drafting detailed intervention reports.
• Handle incoming calls and keep administrative records up to date.

Required profile

• Willingness to engage in a meaningful, future‑oriented security role.
• Availability for alternating day and night shifts, with an average of one weekend worked every two weeks.
• Commitment to complete a four‑week certified training and obtain the professional tele‑surveillance card.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in French.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with computer applications and dedicated monitoring software.
• Ability to write clear, concise reports.
