Agent de sécurité (H/F) – secteur luxe

About the role

CESG, a subsidiary of the ICTS Group, is looking for security agents to work on the premises of a prestigious luxury retail client in Paris. The position is a full‑time permanent contract (CDI) and involves protecting people and assets while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers entering the boutique.
• Control and monitor access points.
• Perform general surveillance of the site.
• Protect and assist persons on the premises, including during aggressive incidents.
• Detect anomalies or intrusions and manage incidents according to established procedures.

Required profile

• Valid CQP APS and SST certifications with an up‑to‑date professional security card.
• Previous experience in security, preferably within the luxury sector (jewellery, high‑end fashion, luxury hotels, etc.).
• Rigorous, courteous, team‑oriented and physically fit.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and strong sense of service.
• Basic English proficiency is a plus.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
