Agent de Production – Poste en 3x8

About the role

The company, a fast‑growing composite materials manufacturer, is looking for a Production Agent to work on a 3‑shift (3x8) schedule in Hayange, France. The role is temporary, full‑time and involves operating production machines and ensuring product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Cutting raw material using a cutter.
• Loading material bands into molds.
• Pressing and deburring finished parts.
• Performing first‑level maintenance on machines.
• Performing quality checks at the start, during and at the end of production.
• Handling materials and products throughout the production line.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in an industrial production environment.
• Comfortable using manual tools and handling products at different stages of the process.
• Ability to work at a steady cadence and respect safety and hygiene standards.
• Valid driving licence (category B).

What we offer

• Hourly wage of €12.31 – €13.00.
• End‑of‑mission indemnity (10 %) and paid‑leave premium (10 %) raising the gross rate to €14.54 – €15.73.
