After‑Sales Client Experience Assistant

About the role

The After‑Sales Client Experience Assistant supports the Customer Repair (C&R) service for a dedicated product perimeter. You will act as the main liaison between customers, boutiques, wholesale partners and internal teams, ensuring a seamless repair and service experience that reflects the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up all C&R requests, conduct product inspections and provide recommendations according to company guidelines.
• Prepare and track quotations for customer validation while respecting the C&R policy.
• Maintain consistent lead times and feedback for customers and internal stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, sharing best practices and training.
• Deliver exceptional customer advice across all channels, building strong client relationships and upholding brand values.
• Develop deep product knowledge, including design, materials, craftsmanship and care instructions.
• Collaborate with boutiques, wholesale partners, e‑commerce, cobblers, factories and quality departments to improve client experience.
• Support KPI monitoring, reporting and inventory management for e‑commerce repair and damaged stock.

Required profile

• University/B.A. degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury or retail environment.
• Strong client‑eling skills and ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
