Advertising Designer (Paris) – France & MENA

About the role

The Advertising Designer will be based in Paris and will create visual concepts and ads for clients in France and the MENA region, primarily Dubai. Reporting to the Head of Advertising Designer in Italy, the role collaborates with account managers, sales and trading teams to deliver omnichannel advertising experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop digital creative ad formats using Adobe Suite and Locala’s proprietary Ad Builder platform.
• Apply and respect client brand identities across mobile, desktop, DOOH and CTV touchpoints.
• Layout and design ads while adhering to mobile environment constraints.
• Maintain communication with the design team and other stakeholders.
• Track and analyze ad performance metrics to ensure results exceed client expectations.
• Research consumer behavior, market trends and emerging technologies that impact advertising effectiveness.
• Brainstorm new advertising experiences or services for future campaigns.

Required profile

• Graduated from a Design or Graphic Arts school.
• 1‑3 years of agency experience or equivalent, preferably with global brands.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Digital‑first, mobile‑focused mindset with a passion for pushing creative boundaries.
• Team‑spirit, rigorous, versatile and able to work independently.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Photoshop.
• Advanced skills in After Effects.
• Strong knowledge of the Adobe Suite.
• Basic fundamentals of HTML5 integration.
• Basic fundamentals of CSS3 integration.
