About the role
Google is looking for a bilingual Administrative Business Partner to support its regional executives. You will act as the operational hub for your team, anticipating needs and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day activities.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule, maintain, and update calendar events for executives and teams.
- Prepare and coordinate meetings, including logistics and documentation.
- Manage expense reports and travel arrangements.
- Assess office space requirements and advocate for appropriate resources.
- Plan and organize internal and external programs, events, and vendor logistics.
- Coordinate travel and related itineraries independently.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment.
- Fluent communication in both English and French.
- Strong confidentiality, business judgment, and ability to collaborate across functions.
- Proven ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Experience leading projects from conception to completion is a plus.
