Active Directory Specialist – Paris

About the role

We are looking for an Active Directory Specialist to join HCLTech’s client site in Paris. The role involves managing Microsoft identity and infrastructure services in a multinational environment, with 3‑4 days per week onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day operational continuity of Active Directory and related infrastructure services.
• Plan, implement and roll back service changes following defined processes, including impact assessments.
• Provide Level 3 technical support to internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to identity‑related projects and infrastructure initiatives.
• Participate in cross‑functional and international meetings to ensure alignment.
• Keep procedures, technical documentation and related materials up to date.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure management.
• Fluent French (C1) and good English (B2) communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite 3‑4 days per week in Paris.
• Experience working in an international or multi‑entity environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Active Directory (on‑premises).
• Microsoft Azure and its integration with other Microsoft services.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and maintenance.
• Windows Server administration (AD, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Certificate management and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
• Familiarity with Azure Information Protection is a plus.
