Account Manager – Travel Agency Partnerships

About the role

Evaneos is looking for an ambitious Account Manager to manage a portfolio of local travel agencies across America, the Middle East and Africa. You will be responsible for driving revenue, improving agency performance and ensuring that trips meet Evaneos’ high standards for sustainability and traveler satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute growth strategies for a portfolio of partner agencies, aligning performance with sales targets.
• Onboard new agencies, build trust‑based relationships and coach them to achieve excellence in sales, customer satisfaction and sustainability.
• Analyze performance data, identify insights and recommend actions to optimise the sales funnel.
• Allocate leads to agencies based on capacity, responsiveness and performance.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing Manager to develop destination strategies that support business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in travel, tourism or related B2B environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, capable of influencing partners.
• Result‑oriented, self‑motivated and comfortable working autonomously within a collaborative team.
