Account Manager – TikTok Shop (Paris)

About the role

TikTok Shop is an integrated marketplace that blends e‑commerce, creators and buyers within the TikTok app. We are seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join our Paris team and help onboard, grow, and retain high‑potential partners across France.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire high‑potential merchants, building long‑term partnerships and customized growth plans.
• Meet and exceed TikTok Commerce financial targets through individual sales goals.
• Develop scalable processes that improve partner productivity and overall ecosystem efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, marketing, operations) to enhance partner and user experiences.
• Analyse market trends to uncover growth opportunities and shape the French e‑commerce landscape.
• Lead internal projects such as campaigns, product launches, and B2B marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong influencing skills with the ability to gain trust from internal and external stakeholders.
• Results‑driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Analytical, data‑driven thinker capable of generating strategic insights independently.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly to change.
• Fluent in English and French, with excellent cross‑cultural communication.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of the French e‑commerce market and a network of local merchants.
