Account Manager – TikTok Shop (FMCG)

About the role

Join TikTok's fast‑growing commerce team in Paris as an Account Manager focused on fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG). You will help shape the e‑commerce landscape on TikTok Shop, driving partner acquisition, onboarding, and long‑term growth for brands and creators.

Key responsibilities

• Map the e‑commerce category and sub‑category landscape in France and prioritize segments for development.
• Define go‑to‑market strategies and road‑maps for selected categories, managing long‑tail partner ecosystems.
• Plan, execute, and monitor category performance metrics.
• Identify and acquire new partners, design onboarding solutions, and create mid‑ and long‑term account plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support partner content creation on the platform.
• Lead internal projects such as campaigns, product launches, and B2B marketing initiatives.
• Propose initiatives to continuously improve TikTok Shop’s competitive advantage.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the French e‑commerce market, consumer trends, and mobile transformation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, logical thinking, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.
• Fluent in English and French for internal and external communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English and French.
