Account Manager – Provence‑Côte d'Azur

About the role

As an Account Manager for the Provence‑Côte d'Azur region, you will be the primary point of contact for vacation‑rental owners who list their properties on Holidu’s platform. You will guide them through onboarding, support post‑booking inquiries, and help them maximise revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new vacation‑rental owners in the Provence‑Côte d'Azur area and ensure a smooth go‑live process.
• Provide ongoing support for post‑booking questions, maintaining a high level of customer‑oriented service.
• Collaborate with product and content teams to improve the onboarding experience.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key owners, advising them on strategies to increase bookings.
• Analyse performance data and develop solution‑oriented plans to boost account results.
• Organise lead‑generating and networking events (remote or in‑person) to grow a community of owners.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in account management, tourism, or other customer‑facing roles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay friendly and calm in all situations.
• Near‑native French proficiency and fluent English.
• Customer‑centric, problem‑solving attitude.
• Enthusiasm for new technologies and the travel industry.
