Account Manager – FMCG eCommerce (Paris)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to drive the growth of TikTok Shop’s FMCG category in France. Based in our Paris office, you will work with merchants and creators to build a vibrant e‑commerce ecosystem on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Map the e‑commerce category landscape and prioritize segments in collaboration with partners.
• Define go‑to‑market strategies and road‑maps for selected sub‑categories.
• Plan, execute and monitor category performance metrics.
• Identify, acquire and onboard new partners, providing business model advice, creator affiliation and education.
• Develop mid‑ and long‑term account plans to help partners grow sustainably on TikTok Shop.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support partner content creation.
• Lead internal projects such as campaigns, product launches and B2B marketing initiatives.
• Propose initiatives to enhance competitive advantage.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the French e‑commerce market, consumer trends and mobile commerce.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with logical thinking.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.
• Fluent in English and French.
