Account Manager – Fashion (TikTok Shop) – Paris

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join TikTok Shop’s fast‑growing fashion team in Paris. You will be responsible for onboarding and scaling strategic fashion merchants, helping them grow revenue through TikTok’s unique social‑commerce ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Source, onboard and educate high‑potential fashion merchants across France.
• Design and execute growth plans covering assortment, content, creator collaborations, pricing, logistics and campaigns.
• Own revenue and GMV targets, using data‑driven experimentation to drive performance.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, Creator and Policy teams to improve merchant and user experiences.
• Analyse fashion market trends and sub‑category performance to identify new opportunities.
• Lead internal projects such as campaigns, product launches and B2B marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in business development, account management, social media marketing or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑facing orientation.
• Deep understanding of the fashion market, trends and creator ecosystem in France and ideally Europe, the UK and the US.
• Fluent in English and French.
