Account Manager – D2C Brands (Paris)

About the role

Bigblue is looking for an Account Manager to retain and grow its portfolio of European D2C brands. You will act as a trusted advisor, linking operational logistics topics to business outcomes and helping merchants scale faster while delivering a five‑star customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with strategic merchant accounts.
• Translate service, cost, and performance data into actionable business impact.
• Define and execute improvement plans based on data analysis.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and drive cross‑selling/upselling initiatives.
• Support merchants in day‑to‑day use of Bigblue’s logistics platform.
• Monitor feedback and performance trends, turning insights into product and operational enhancements.
• Contribute to internal process optimisation to improve overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Approximately 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role with regular stakeholder interaction.
• Native‑level French and professional proficiency in English.
• Willingness to relocate to or already based in Paris.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort presenting data‑driven insights.
• Ability to solve complex problems and prioritize effectively.
