Account Manager – Beauty (TikTok Shop) – Paris

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join TikTok Shop’s Paris team, focusing on the beauty vertical. You will be responsible for onboarding and scaling high‑potential beauty merchants, helping them grow through TikTok’s unique social commerce ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Source, onboard, and educate strategic beauty merchants in France, providing business model recommendations and creator collaborations.
• Design and execute growth plans covering assortment, content, creators, pricing, logistics, and campaigns.
• Own revenue and GMV targets, driving performance through data analysis, experimentation, and iteration.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, Creator, and Policy teams to enhance merchant and user experiences.
• Analyze beauty market trends and sub‑category performance to identify new growth opportunities.
• Lead internal projects such as campaigns, product launches, and B2B marketing initiatives for the beauty ecosystem.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in business development, account management, content creation, or social media marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑facing orientation.
• Deep understanding of the beauty market, trends, and creator ecosystem across Europe, the UK, and the US.
• Fluency in English and French.
