Account Executive - Italian Market

About the role

Spiko, founded in 2023, provides institutional-grade cash management to SMEs, non-profits, financial advisers and fintechs, via app or API. As Account Executive for Italy, you will drive Spiko's growth in Italy by owning the full sales cycle, from hunting new accounts to managing key client relationships, while helping build a sales team from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Hunt and close new key accounts in the Italian market
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure growth and satisfaction
• Manage the entire sales process independently, from prospecting to closing
• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Italian market
• Track performance metrics, report regularly to the Head of Sales and share insights with the founders
• Gather feedback from prospects and clients to inform product and go-to-market decisions

Required profile

• At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally at a tier 1 startup
• Existing network with CFOs of startups, scale-ups or SMBs
• Ability to run a full sales cycle independently
• Native Italian speaker, fluent English; French is a plus
• Ambitious, autonomous, resilient and tech-savvy

Required skills

• CRM experience
• Familiarity with sales tools such as Aircall, Kaspr and Lusha
