Academic Coordinator / English Teacher

About the role

Kids&Us is looking for an energetic and fun Academic Coordinator who will also teach English to children at its Blagnac centre. The role combines classroom teaching with coordination of academic processes and school visibility initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver English classes using Kids&Us lessons, music, games, stories, and arts‑and‑crafts activities.
• Monitor student progress and guide learners toward their language goals.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
• Supervise academic processes in line with Kids&Us policies and methods.
• Assist the director with teaching and administrative tasks.
• Manage communications, social media, and family‑focused events to increase centre visibility.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and a “can‑do” approach to children’s learning.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Good time‑management and flexibility with work hours.
• Team‑player mindset and interest in working with children.
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).
• Teaching experience is a plus but not mandatory.
