3DX Release Manager – Toulouse

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft seeks a seasoned 3DX Release Manager to lead the end‑to‑end release lifecycle of 3DX solutions across its programs. Based in Toulouse, you will ensure seamless integration, deployment and quality of the 3DExperience platform while coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define, plan and execute release schedules for 3DX applications and platforms.
• Facilitate communication between development, operations, business owners and external partners.
• Identify, analyse and mitigate risks, dependencies and roadblocks to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Establish release governance, maintain quality standards and report metrics to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement of release processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project or program management within a release‑management context.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities to align diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills for handling multiple parallel streams.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset with a focus on risk mitigation.
• High attention to detail in planning, execution and reporting.
