Workflow Automation Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Workflow Automation Assistant to support a large logistics and supply project. You will work remotely with our senior developers to connect software tools, map data fields, and ensure accurate data flow from warehouse logs to a central database.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building and testing API integrations that pull shipping manifests and other logistics data.
• Clean and transform messy spreadsheets for import into PostgreSQL databases.
• Set up automated triggers to replace manual data entry and keep systems in sync.
• Document integrations and create user guides for client dashboards.
• Provide written updates and participate in weekly video demos with the remote team.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with strong attention to detail.
• Organized and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Interest in logistics, data mapping, and automation.
