Validation Specialist (German & English speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Validation Specialist fluent in German and English to join our global team. The role focuses on processing certificate orders, verifying customer information, and delivering high‑quality support through multiple channels. This is a full‑time hybrid position based in Lille.

Key responsibilities

• Process TLS and other security product orders in line with compliance requirements.
• Conduct online research to verify customer organisations and authenticate contact details.
• Provide superior customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
• Independently resolve support issues and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain day‑to‑day activities related to Sectigo’s customer base.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support company initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technical field, or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of customer support or data‑entry experience.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience working in a compliance‑driven environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows operating system.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to use in‑house validation and order‑management tools.
• Data‑entry and verification expertise.
