About the role
The Senior Tender Leader will drive the end‑to‑end process of responding to public and private tenders, from opportunity identification to handover to project teams after contract signing.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and submission of tender responses.
- Identify and qualify tender opportunities.
- Coordinate with commercial, engineering and project teams to gather required information.
- Ensure compliance with tender specifications and deadlines.
- Manage the handover of awarded contracts to project execution teams.
- Monitor the tender pipeline and report status to management.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing tender or bid processes, preferably in a senior capacity.
- Strong understanding of the interaction between sales, engineering and project delivery.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
