Technical Specialist – Retail

About the role

Apple Retail is seeking a Technical Specialist to provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for customers in a dynamic store environment. You will help customers get the most out of their Apple devices while delivering the signature Apple experience.

Key responsibilities

• Stay up‑to‑date on Apple products, services, and Genius Bar repair processes.
• Assist customers with hardware and software issues, offering empathetic and knowledgeable support.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve service concerns for selected Apple devices.
• Collaborate with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and relay feedback to Apple.
• Educate customers about repair options, product features, and purchasing opportunities.
• Participate in customer‑facing activities on and off the sales floor as needed.

Required profile

• Availability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented retail environment.
