About the role

ASEICA, a non‑profit association managing the international Anglophone section of several French schools, is seeking a qualified Teacher of History and Geography. The successful candidate will deliver bilingual lessons to secondary‑level students preparing for the DNBI and BFI examinations across multiple campuses.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver dynamic, well‑prepared History and Geography lessons that align with the DNBI and BFI curricula.
• Collaborate with the History‑Geography department to design innovative units and share best practices.
• Participate in departmental meetings, peer observations, and professional development activities.
• Build constructive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a respectful learning environment.
• Contribute to extra‑curricular activities and school events within the ASEICA community.

Required profile

• Degree from an English‑speaking university with certification for secondary education.
• Proven experience teaching History and/or Geography at the secondary level.
• Familiarity with the French International Baccalaureate (BFI) program and the French educational system is a plus.
• Native‑level English fluency; conversational French required.
• Valid driving licence and vehicle for travel between school sites.
