Talent Intelligence & Sourcing Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Intelligence & Sourcing Partner to help AMI identify, understand, and engage top AI talent worldwide. This sourcing‑led recruiting position focuses on building talent maps, developing proactive sourcing strategies, and establishing relationships with researchers and engineers before they enter the job market.

Key responsibilities

• Own or support full‑cycle recruiting for priority AI searches, including sourcing, pipeline management, screening, offer strategy and closing.
• Research frontier AI labs, universities, startups and open‑source communities to create detailed talent maps.
• Produce actionable talent intelligence on competitor hiring, talent movement and emerging research areas.
• Design and implement scalable sourcing processes and systems.
• Manage inbound candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers and ensure a high‑touch candidate experience.

Required profile

• Significant experience sourcing and recruiting exceptional technical talent.
• Strong interest in AI research and familiarity with emerging technologies and research domains.
• Resourceful, scrappy and comfortable handling end‑to‑end recruiting operations in a fast‑moving startup environment.
