Talent Development & Company Culture Apprentice

About the role

Deezer is looking for a motivated apprentice to support its Talent Development and Company Culture initiatives. This 1‑year apprenticeship, starting September 2026, offers hands‑on experience in HR projects that shape employee growth, performance, and inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in rolling out career development programs and related communications.
• Support performance review cycles, help improve processes and guide managers and employees.
• Manage end‑to‑end engagement survey campaigns, from launch to data analysis.
• Coordinate DEI initiatives, facilitate Employee Resource Groups, and embed core values in daily practices.
• Maintain HR talent systems, update content, and translate data insights into recommendations.
• Draft internal communications, campaigns, and presentations for various audiences.
• Plan and execute talent‑related internal events, handling logistics, facilitation, and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Master’s program with an apprenticeship agreement.
• At least one prior experience in HR, talent, recruitment, learning, or project management.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage projects autonomously.
• People‑oriented communicator comfortable interacting with diverse personalities.
