Strategic Planning Project Manager – Communication

About the role

Reporting to the Strategic Planning Manager, you will lead the development and execution of Celine’s annual communication and image calendar. You will translate strategic insights into concrete projects, manage budgets, and ensure alignment across global and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the annual strategic communications and image calendar with competitive insights.
• Translate the calendar into detailed project briefs, budgets, and activation principles.
• Lead project planning, execution, and post‑project analysis, producing retrospective reports.
• Coordinate content strategy with activation, image, digital, and CRM teams.
• Define overall communication orchestration and digital journey for each activation.
• Manage retro‑planning, shooting priorities, and 360° project progress.
• Align zone‑specific communication plans with central teams and consolidate final 360° plans for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic planning, preferably within a luxury house.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong knowledge of the communications industry and excellent analytical abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, rigorous, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
