Stage – Assistant(e) Chef de Projet Opérations Retail

About the role

This internship supports the Retail Performance and Operations team in delivering international projects that drive retail excellence and operational efficiency across Dior stores worldwide. You will work closely with central teams in Paris and retail teams abroad, contributing to practical solutions that improve day‑to‑day store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Paris‑based directions (Supply, Clienteling, Visual Merchandising, Dior Academy, Audit, IT) to design and implement efficiency‑boosting solutions.
• Identify best practices in stores and disseminate them through newsletters to the global Retail Operations community.
• Monitor project rollout, coordinate training sessions, collect feedback, and propose improvements.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues that arise during project launch and deployment.
• Support the discovery and definition of new operational initiatives for retail.

Required profile

• Student pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree in Management, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Curious, proactive, strategic, and comfortable working in a team‑oriented environment.
• Organised, methodical, rigorous with a positive mindset.
• Ability to think beyond immediate solutions to achieve global optimisation across functions.
