About the role
The European Institute of Technology (Epitech) is seeking a full‑time Software Engineer to join its Bordeaux campus. You will work on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining back‑end software applications while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement robust back‑end systems using object‑oriented programming principles.
- Write, test, and maintain high‑quality code for software applications.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve software issues, applying best‑practice debugging techniques.
- Contribute to the overall architecture of innovative software platforms.
Required profile
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals.
- Experience in back‑end web development and software development.
- Proficiency in object‑oriented programming and collaborative teamwork.
- Understanding of software engineering best practices and debugging.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
