Site Manager – Photovoltaic Projects

About the role

Greenvolt Next France is looking for a Site Manager to lead the execution of decentralized photovoltaic (PV) energy projects. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards while acting as the main liaison between internal teams, subcontractors, and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development with technical input and assist in licensing and project approval documentation.
• Conduct site surveys and review technical designs to guarantee feasibility.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on‑site construction activities, including structures, PV modules, inverters, and cabling.
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with technical drawings; resolve technical issues with subcontractors.
• Prepare weekly activity and progress reports and manage subcontractor scheduling.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards and conduct regular quality inspections.
• Collaborate with senior management on project planning, budgeting, material delivery, and risk mitigation.
• Support the transition from construction to operation, contributing to monitoring and maintenance after commissioning.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing PV installation projects or similar construction sites.
• Strong technical understanding of photovoltaic systems, structures, inverters, and cabling.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Experience preparing technical documentation for licensing and project approvals.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation.
