ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

About the role

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join its ServiceNow Business Group. The role focuses on delivering ServiceNow solutions and services to clients in a consulting environment, with travel requirements that may vary based on project needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow applications across modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• Develop custom solutions using JavaScript, AngularJS, and ServiceNow Development APIs.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via web services, LDAP, and Single Sign‑On.
• Present solution designs and progress to large client audiences.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery at scale.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on ServiceNow implementation experience.
• At least 3 years of JavaScript or related application development experience.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog).
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) – Associate’s degree acceptable with 6 years of work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 100 % based on client needs.
