Service Technician (France)

About the role

Dingli, a global leader in aerial work platforms, is looking for a motivated Service Technician to join its French team. You will provide on‑site and workshop support for a range of AWP equipment, ensuring customers receive fast, reliable service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Dingli aerial work platforms at customer sites and service centres.
• Handle warranty claims promptly and communicate any repair limitations.
• Deliver technical support and training to customer representatives and internal staff.
• Travel across France and nearby regions to support field service operations.
• Maintain accurate service records and generate detailed reports.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge of Dingli products.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a service technician in mechanical, hydraulic or related fields (e.g., construction machinery, agricultural equipment, automotive repair).
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in French; English proficiency is a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Relevant technical certifications or qualifications are preferred.
