The Senior Strategist will lead social‑first strategy for global beauty brands at SAMY, turning cultural trends and platform dynamics into actionable plans that drive business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop social‑first strategies that align brand ambition with audience behaviour and platform dynamics.
• Translate business objectives into culturally relevant, platform‑native strategic approaches.
• Create strategic narratives that inspire innovative creative work and unlock growth opportunities.
• Identify cultural trends, conversations and moments for authentic brand participation.
• Collaborate closely with creative, paid, influencer and account teams to deliver integrated strategies.
• Use performance data and insights to optimise strategy and improve effectiveness over time.
• Contribute to new ideas and initiatives across the social landscape.

Required profile

• Culturally fluent and platform‑native with deep understanding of social media ecosystems.
• Proven experience translating audience behaviour into actionable social strategies.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to link strategy to business outcomes.
• Passion for creators, culture and the fast‑moving beauty industry.
