Senior Revenue Operations

About the role

Alan is building a global prevention insurance company that combines insurance, prevention and care. Its Business Strategy & Operations team sits at the intersection of Sales, Product and Finance, covering sales strategy, sales effectiveness, sales enablement and business segment leadership. The Senior Revenue Operations position joins the Sales Effectiveness team, which aims to make the sales organisation run at its best across France, Belgium, Spain and Canada, and is a key lever on customer acquisition cost.

Key responsibilities

• Own effectiveness initiatives end to end: set the roadmap, design the solution, build it, drive execution and manage change.
• Spend time in the field to spot gaps in the sales process, then design smarter workflows by removing steps and adding automation.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies, run tests and roll out what works.
• Work mainly with low-code tools (Zapier, n8n), AI, Salesforce and SQL via Metabase, and enablement: shadow, train, measure adoption and iterate.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in RevOps / Sales Ops / Sales Effectiveness, several hands-on building the sales machine.
• End-to-end ownership of initiatives, strong project management and a builder mindset.
• Confident in change management, including shadowing, training, measuring adoption and iteration.
• Proven experience with low-code tools and integrations such as Clay, Make, Zapier or equivalents.
• Has configured Salesforce personally (objects, fields, flows) and can distinguish what you built from what others did.
• Able to build and maintain pipelines that deliver actionable insights with clear business impact.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, advanced English, and based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid or Barcelona.
