Senior Process Engineer – P&ID & Process Design (Onshore)

About the role

Airswift is recruiting a Senior Process Engineer to support an onshore chemical engineering project in France. The role focuses on developing and maintaining P&IDs and ensuring high‑quality process documentation within an EPC environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and update P&IDs in close collaboration with process teams.
• Support process engineering studies and produce technical deliverables.
• Ensure consistency, compliance and completeness of all process documentation.
• Prepare and follow‑up line lists and related data.
• Interface with piping, instrumentation and other engineering disciplines.
• Participate in engineering reviews, technical discussions and project execution meetings.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably within an EPC or engineering company.
• Fluent French and working‑level English.
• Rigorous, detail‑oriented and able to work autonomously.

Required skills

• P&IDs development and review.
• Process documentation management.
• AutoCAD (MicroStation is a plus).
• Advanced Excel.
