Senior Field Technical Program Manager, FDE

About the role

Databricks is hiring a Senior Field Technical Program Manager (FDE) in Paris. You will lead high-stakes, multi-workstream programs that have a material impact on customer success and scalability, working with a collaborative, customer-focused team to deliver customized solutions. The role sits in Professional Services Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Install operating rigor (cadence, metrics, reviews) that becomes a gold standard adopted by other TPMs across the region.
• Lead high-visibility initiatives requiring collaboration across Product, Engineering and Marketing, resolving complex misalignments with M6-level Directors that threaten project velocity.
• Manage the change management process for large-scale digital transformations, ensuring customer organizations are culturally and technically ready to adopt the Lakehouse architecture.
• Document best practices and lead internal training sessions to raise the entire Professional Services organization.

Required profile

• 8 to 12+ years leading large-scale technical programs.
• Proven track record of using AI-enabled tools to optimize program delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to engage, influence and build trust with senior executive stakeholders (C-level).
• Experience managing projects with teams of up to 5 people and contract values exceeding $0.5M.

Required skills

• Advanced technical fluency.
• 2 Databricks Associate certifications or 1 professional-level certification within 6 months of hire.
