Senior Consultant Concession T300 Stress Engineer

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead static stress analysis and Fatigue & Damage Tolerance assessments for Airbus aircraft structures. Based in Toulouse, you will evaluate the impact of non‑conformities, repairs and modifications on primary and secondary structures, ensuring compliance with Airbus certification standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform static, fatigue and damage tolerance analyses on metallic, composite and hybrid aircraft structures.
• Interpret baseline and certification stress analyses for specific work packages.
• Prepare and validate stress outputs such as COS, COI in line with Airbus and airworthiness requirements.
• Collaborate with offshore stress teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring timely delivery.
• Drive issue resolution across design, manufacturing, quality and configuration management teams.
• Maintain adherence to Airbus SAP, PLM and configuration control processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in static, fatigue and damage tolerance analysis for aerospace structures.
• Strong knowledge of hand calculations and finite‑element methods.
• Familiarity with Airbus processes, concession documentation (COD, COI, COA) and certification standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional and offshore teams.
