Senior Anaplan Solutions Architect

About the role

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Senior Anaplan Solutions Architect to lead the technical architecture of its Anaplan platform and integration ecosystem. You will define enterprise‑wide standards, ensure platform governance, and enable scalable, business‑aligned planning capabilities across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise‑level Anaplan architecture, including model structure, sparsity management, and engine strategy.
• Develop, enforce, and evolve architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices for all Anaplan workspaces.
• Own the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) framework and manage promotions across DEV, UAT, and PROD environments.
• Architect and govern integration patterns using CloudWorks, APIs, and file‑based data flows (CSV, XLSX).
• Specify data flow contracts, exception handling, and monitoring for inbound/outbound integrations such as Workday HR data via AWS S3 and ERP sources.
• Lead evaluation and selection of integration tooling, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT standards.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and data owners to maintain integration reliability, auditability, and access controls.
• Define data modeling standards, hierarchy design, and master data alignment with upstream systems.

Required profile

• Extensive experience designing and governing large‑scale Anaplan implementations.
• Strong background in integration architecture, including API design and cloud‑based automation.
• Proven ability to establish and enforce architectural standards and ALM processes.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional IT, security, and data teams.
