Senior Analyst – OTC & Accounts Receivable (French)

About the role

Bacardi is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Bacardi Enterprise Services (BES) team, supporting the Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) function for French‑based customers. The role focuses on optimizing cash recovery, managing deductions, and ensuring high‑quality accounts‑receivable processes across shared services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage collection activities to achieve timely cash recovery and reduce Days Sales Outstanding.
• Handle customer deductions, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with rebates and customer service teams.
• Determine bad‑debt provisions, analyse overdue balances, and produce collection forecasts.
• Maintain accounts‑receivable aging, perform account reconciliations, and ensure SOX compliance.
• Act as a primary liaison between BES and the French market, driving process improvements and efficiencies.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications, Commercial, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service stakeholders in regular touch‑point meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in collections, credit management, invoice processing, or deduction settlement within a shared‑services environment.
• Finance background with proven problem‑solving and process‑analysis abilities.
• Professional proficiency in both French and English.

Required skills

• SAP (or similar ERP) experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Fluency in French.
• Fluency in English.
